Delivery Policy

SELF PICK UP

Self pick up procedures:

Please provide order number and contact number upon collection for verifications.
Orders will be ready within 1 working days once order is received with payment completed. We will inform you once your order is ready to be collected.
Order will be auto cancelled if Buyer does not collect within 3 working days.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

1) Once we received your order completely with payment, we will process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 7 working days. Please allow an extra 3-5 working days during peak season.

2) It is best to ensure that your receiver can receive your item. If the receiver’s location is closed/ nobody receive, the recipient may need to be self pick-up or pay an additional chargers.

Please refer to the delivery schedule, order place before cut off time 1pm will be proceed on the same day; and order received after 1pm, will be proceed on next working day. Orders process within 3-4 working days.
Order place on weekend, will be proceed on the next working day.
