Mango Susu is grown tropical climates, The skin is green in colour and turns yellow as it ripens. It
has a sweet taste and considered fragrant. Mango paste without adding other ingredient nor additive.
During the process, mango flesh is carefully seperated from skin and seed at hygienic condition and stored at °C to preserve best quality. This product is suitable to use on confectionery, dessert,
ice-cream, toppings, fillings, pizza and etc.

Storage:
- Store at or below -18°C.
- Thaw the frozen fruit puree at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour before use.
- Store any remaining fruit puree in the freezer and use within 2 days.
